I have added a brand new section for articles who authors/publishers have given me permission to include here. Also I updated several pages to remove items sold: Exchange, Nibs and Ephemera.

Update of the nibs page to reflect the addition of available nibs in #86 extra extra broad and #98 fine italic sizes. Also added in the parts page a mechanical pencil cartridge that is a direct replacement for a BP refill, and so will fit any Parker BP.
