This is a silverplated French-made 75 MP in the Grain d'Orge (aka barleycorn) pattern.  Pencil lead is expelled by pushing down on the cap and is 0.5mm in thickness.

There is a smooth panel on the cap which you may personalize with your engraving, which can be seen in the second picture below.

The cap tassie is dimpled.

The condition is new but just the BP alone, no box or papers.
