This is the Treasure Gold 75 FP+BP set as shown on the Reference section of this website as prototype #31, complete with the correct pen case and outer cardboard box.  

This is an item  for the discriminating Parker 75 collector.  I know of only two others, and one is in the Parker museum at the Newhaven UK factory.

Condition is brand new.
